“In December of 2011, I was at desperate measures of getting fit. For the previous year I was running 30+ miles a week, but I still didn’t lose weight or inches. I was at the point that I would shortcut myself and take the easy way out with Lipo-Dissolve. The day I was scheduled for a lip-dissolve consultation, I ran into some All Natural Health and Wellness products.

“ Well, after researching the products and the company I decided I would try one last natural way and if it didn’t work I would go through with my procedure. I am so thankful I made that choice because in my first 7 days I lost 6.8 pounds and 11.5 inches just by using all natural nutritional supplements that helped reset my metabolism. I continued to use the products faithfully and in just 5 weeks, I lost 15 pounds, 20 inches and 7 pants sizes! I went from a 33 waist to a 26 IN 5 WEEKS!!!!

“ I have learned about all the health benefits from the products and realized this is much more than weight loss. Over the last year I have changed many lives by giving people a natural alternative to balancing their bodies, feeling great and getting back to the basics: NATURAL SOLUTIONS! It is a blessing to hear the lives I have changed.

“I was able to get my mother off of 3 chemically produced medications used to treat her Anxiety, Depression and Bi-Polar disease, all by taking 1 NATURAL supplement that helped balance her serotonin levels. My Father is no longer on pain medication for his chronic back pain. My father-in-law was fighting high blood pressure and in 7 days of using one supplement he dropped his blood pressure from 167 to 137. He added two more nutritional support products and is now stable at 130. He has never been here, even with doctor-prescribed medications. A close friends’ 86 year old grandpa was an insulin dependent Diabetic taking 24 units a night. Using our products has helped him lower his insulin to 12 units every other night.

“To learn more about how these products have helped people with Anxiety, Depression, Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Migraines, Thyroid issues, Chronic fatigue and much more. Contact me personally!

“It’s simple – Xyngular products are about making people healthier, giving them more energy and giving them the solutions they need to live their lives to their potential.”

Ken Rudie Testimonial

“My name is Ken Rudie and here is my story.

“When I was about five or six years old, I developed a love for certain foods, mainly pizza, spaghetti and fried chicken. My parents tried to change my diet but I was a stubborn, picky eater. For years I ate greasy, fatty foods. I began to put on weight and slacked off at physical education in school.

“Shortly after my parents divorced, I moved in with my father and because of his lactose-intolerance, we drank mainly soda or water and rarely bought milk or other dairy products. This had dire consequences. When I was 16, I broke my ankle because
of three factors: not enough calcium, soda weakening my bones, and my weight. After that, I began to consume milk, yogurt and other dairy products more and drank soda less.

“It wasn’t until I was 22 that I became a member at Gold’s Gym. Then four months
later I changed my diet. I had suffered some pain in my mid-abdomen for three days.
I didn’t seek medical attention but I did some research and learned it was my
gallbladder that was the problem. After learning about the gallbladder problems that
can occur from a poor diet, this made me change my diet.

“I started to eat less greasy, fatty foods and ate other foods like fruits,
chicken (not fried) and soups. I’m still expanding my food varieties but because I changed what I ate, I dropped some weight and began slimming down.

“Before my gym membership, I was nearly 300 pounds, wore size 44 pants and 3XL shirts. Presently since attending Gold’s Gym for two years, I’ve dropped 55-60 pounds and am able to wear size 36 pants and XL shirts.

“I can’t really say how hard I’ve worked to achieve my weight loss. The last two years I’ve attended Gold’s Gym have gone by and I can hardly remember my first day at
Gold’s Gym but I’ll never forget how much I enjoy the gym. I don’t go on a regular
basis, I go either when I feel like it or I have the time for a workout. I do go at least
three days, and sometimes as much as five days a week. It’s always nice to see friendly faces. The trainers are always nice and polite and at the gym no one makes judgment about you.

“My motivation in getting myself into better health has changed over the years. At
first, as ridiculous as it was, it was a means of getting back at those who made judgment about me. After my health scare, if you could call it that, my motivation changed to taking better care of myself, and now it is to keep myself healthy as I try to improve myself even more.

“I do have a few people to thank for giving me my motivations: my parents, my
personal trainer, Jenny, and my two closest friends, Robert and Michael Scott.

“I still have a long way to go before I reach my goal but I’ve made an improvement
that I’m happy with. That is my story. It may not be much of a motivational story but
it’s my story on how I changed my life.”

“My name is Carolyn and I am from Tooele, Utah. I was obese for 37 years. I wore a size 20 in women’s clothing. I had several ailments: sleep apnea, oxygen deprivation, hypertension, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, knee pain and some emotional problems.

“Through the 12 step program of Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous (FA), I lost 60 pounds. All the listed ailments are now resolved. I no longer use the C-Pap machine or take medications for these ailments. Thanks to the 12 steps of FA, I am getting physically, mentally, and spiritually better.”

Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous meetings are held at the Tooele Pioneer Museum, 47 East Vine Street, Tooele, every Thursday at 6:00 p.m. The last Thursday of each month the meeting is held at 5:30 p.m. Enter the north door and go down the ramp to the large room in the basement.

“At my February 8, 2008, doctor’s appointment, I hesitantly, but dutifully stepped on the scale and was weighed. When I saw the results, I turned to see if someone was standing there with me. That “number” was shocking and I was in disbelief. Since 1999, I had steadily been putting on weight, but a layoff from my career of nearly 20 years and a stressful new job caused me to seek comfort in food. I got through each day by thinking about what I could order for dinner. It was getting expensive to eat the large meals, and I had to keep buying larger clothing.

“That “number” was something I wanted to change as quickly. Also, a few years before, I was diagnosed as borderline diabetic and controlled it with food choices. So, the very next day, I joined Weight Watchers Online. My sister gave me the money at Christmas, but I just hadn’t yet made the commitment. During my journey, friends, co-workers, and family members have also joined Weight Watchers. It’s been fun to share recipes, food finds, and tips with them.

“My motto is “One meal, one day, one weigh-in at a time”. The 100+ Message Board is my haven and a place for support and education. Over and over again successful “boardies” say, “You can’t do things to lose weight that you’re not willing to do to keep it off”. I’ve enjoyed meeting some of these online friends while travelling the past few months.

“I hit my goal on August 1, 2009. I feel terrific. The scale didn’t always show progress, but the tape measure did. After losing 25 pounds I started keeping track. In December, I realized that my total lost is over 64 inches. Why is that significant? That’s how tall I am. WOW!!

“My BMI went from “obese” to “normal”. My Body Fat decreased 14.5%. My new jeans are size 8 instead of 20W. I can cross my legs, walk across the room without being winded, wear One Size Fits All-clothing, and buy regular towels, not bath sheets. My joints feel better and my feet are smaller. I was recently asked for my dress size and a photo and the “new me” was excited instead of embarrassed.

“Oh, I still eat out a lot, but I’ve learned to make much better choices.”
